Welcome to LA StudioWeb (trading name: LA-Studio Web), operated by PHAM VAN DUY (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to https://la-studioweb.com and your purchase and use of digital products and remote website development and technical services.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, subject to your rights under applicable law.
1. Products and Licensing
We sell electronically delivered digital products, including software license keys, game activation codes, subscription codes, and other digital activation products.
Products may be subject to additional licensing terms imposed by their respective publishers or providers.
Before purchasing, please review the product description, including:
- Supported platforms and operating systems.
- Geographic or regional activation restrictions.
- License type, duration, and permitted usage.
- Activation instructions and prerequisites.
- Any subscription, renewal, or expiration conditions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a license key grants only the applicable usage or activation rights and does not transfer ownership of the underlying software or intellectual property.
2. Website Development and Technical Services
In addition to digital license keys, we provide online technical services such as WordPress/WooCommerce customization, website troubleshooting, maintenance and remote support. Service scope, quoted price, deliverables, access requirements, timeline and any revision limits are agreed for each service order in writing (for example, through a quote or support email) before work begins.
For a custom service engagement, work may begin after payment confirmation and receipt of necessary project details or authorized access. Delivery is evidenced by work reports, messages, change summaries, files or other agreed results rather than a license key. Delivery timelines may depend on customer cooperation and third-party systems. We will notify you of material changes to the agreed scope or timeline.
You are responsible for obtaining authorization to provide access to the website and maintaining appropriate backups. We will only use access provided for the agreed service and will not request your PayPal password or full card details. Do not share credentials by unsecured public messages; use an agreed secure channel.
3. Prices and Payments
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.
Any applicable taxes and additional charges will be disclosed before you confirm your order.
Payments may be processed through PayPal or other payment providers made available at checkout.
An order is accepted when we confirm the purchase and begin fulfillment, subject to payment verification and applicable fraud prevention checks.
4. Digital Delivery
Digital license products are delivered electronically, with no physical shipment. Custom development and technical services are performed remotely and delivered through agreed project communications or work products.
Immediately after successful payment confirmation, the purchased license key is displayed on the order confirmation page. Transaction emails may also be issued. Theme, plugin and subscription files purchased with eligible products are accessible from My Account → Downloads. Service packages without a license key are listed under My Account → Services.
Our website tracks eligible theme/plugin file downloads where supported, but does not monitor downloads or views of the displayed license-key text. License access is not the same as downloading the theme/plugin source code. Custom service completion follows the separately agreed scope and schedule.

5. Activation and Usage
You are responsible for verifying product compatibility and complying with the applicable license terms.
You must not use a license key for unlawful purposes or in violation of the rights of its publisher or provider.
If a key is invalid, already redeemed before delivery, or materially different from its description, please contact our support team for assistance.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Our voluntary refund-request window is 14 calendar days from purchase/payment for license products and contracted technical services, subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable consumer protection laws. For license products that provide downloadable theme/plugin source code, discretionary change-of-mind refunds require that the associated source code files have not been downloaded. We do not monitor downloads of license-key text. This condition does not limit mandatory legal remedies.
Certain digital purchases may become non-cancellable after delivery or activation, where legally permitted and where any required consumer consent has been obtained.
Nothing in these Terms removes your statutory rights concerning defective, nonconforming, or misdescribed digital products.
7. Order Verification and Fraud Prevention
We may review transactions for security and fraud prevention purposes.
If a transaction presents a reasonable security concern, we may temporarily delay fulfillment, request proportionate verification, or cancel and refund the order.
We will not request your PayPal password or full payment card details.
8. Customer Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and license keys.
Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access or an issue with your purchase.
9. Intellectual Property
All product names, trademarks, software, and associated intellectual property belong to their respective owners.
Unless expressly stated, references to third-party products do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.
10. Product Availability
We aim to maintain accurate product listings and availability.
If a product cannot be supplied after payment, we will offer an appropriate replacement with your agreement or a refund, consistent with applicable law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by incompatible devices, incorrect product selection, or use contrary to clearly disclosed license requirements.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Governing Law
